BLADES
Both fixed blades and folders share the same steels. Only their use dictates the type of steel mused in the manufacturing. The various blade materials and some of their uses are as follows:

Surgical Steels
Hunters / Fillet / Kitchen / Collectors
440C is used to produce a high quality blade with high chrome content, good edge holding abilities and rust resistance
ATS 34 produces a high quality blade with exceptional edge holding properties and good rust resistance as well.

Stainless Damascus
Fancy Hunters / Collectors
Similar quality to ATS 34. Exceptional edge holding with the beauty of patterned
steel. Highly rust resistant.

High Tech Steels
Hunters / Folders / Fillet
CPM440V, S30V, & CPM154cm crudible steels.Superior edge holding ability that is wear resistant and rust resistant

BOLSTER & FINGER GUARD MATERIALS
Materials used for bolsters and guards are of the best quality available. These materials and theirr common uses are:

360 Grade Brass
Very Traditional. Used on all types of knives

18 % Nickel Silver
Hunters, fillets,fancy knives and folders. Engraves well and holds a good shine.

416 Stainless
Hunters, fancy knives and folders. Engraves well and is rust resistant

Mokume
Fancy knives and folders. Layers of copper, silver, brass. Patterned like Damascus steel. Very attractive .

Also: Titanium, Mosaic Damascus and other exotic materials

HANDLE MATERIALS
Bandit Blades uses a wide variety of exotic woods gathered from around the world. Some of the woods are extremely rare and in some instances are almost non-existent. The burled woods being softer by nature have been impregnated with resins to stabilize and bring them to life.
Woods
Premium Grade exotic Hardwoods include: Cocobolo, Ebony, Snakewood, Stabilized Wood Burls, African Blackwood, Desert Ironwood, Camilito and more

Horn and Fossilized Ivory
Moose, Elk, Stag, Sheep, Musk Ox, Water Buffalo, Fossilzed Walrus and Mammoth

Man Made
Carbon Fibre, G10, Macartas, Laminates, Acrylics
